Football Code Of Conduct

Give a brief overview of the FA Code of Conduct. Include:

 There are 5 main groups of codes of conduct;

• Young Players
• Adult Players
• Spectators and Parents/Carers
• Coaches, Team Managers and Club Officials
• Match Officials

The code of conduct is in place for people that play at any level of sport to ensure the safety and the respect to the players and the officials on and off the pitch. This is to make sure that they play fare and if anything happens on the pitch or if there was a discision where they needed to see on the cameras then they can look to make sure they know what actions to take next. Its not just people who play in higher levels of football or any other sport that needs the code of conduct even schools have a high respect rate for the code enforce to make sure that no one gets hurt or there is any foul play.

People at a high level of football or any sport will have to respect different levels of behavior. Depending on what they are being accused of they will have to be treated untill it is proven. If it comes back that they have been outof order then they will have to be punished for what they have done even if it minor but the exstent of the affence will judge on what they did and how there punishment will effect them and there team.

Gambling Regulations

Gambling act of 2005 this states that every place in the uk betting, bingo, casinos, gaming machines, society lotteries and remote gambling operations will have 3 objectives:

• keeping gambling crime free
• making sure that gambling is fair and open
• protecting children and vulnerable adults

This makes sure that noone under a sertan age will start playing or betting as this will be illegal and this will make sure that people from these betting sites wont take advantage of people that are younger and presurising people into making bets that wont come through. Also this goes for older people they will make sure that they dont get taken advantage of and make sure that they dont get hooked into gambling.

Every year illegal betting assoisications make millions of takes payers money and much more money is spent on tryint to prevent this from happening. But to make sure that it stays safe they off different services and have age restriction on betting sites and in some bookies in the UK.

Sporting In Schools

What are the DMCS trying to do in schools?



They are trying to bring new and different sports to each and every school to make them more competitive. The good out come for being sporty is they will get the drive to getup adn do something instead of being lazy at home on a games concle or in front of the telly.

There also getting people who have taken part in the olympics and getting them to go to other schools and try and entise them to making a competition.

Jeremy Hunt is giving thousands of young people in school the chance to compete against other schools and learn new skills and the proper values of the sport that there taking part in. also if there are people with a disablilty then they will have there own particular sports that they will be abled to do just addapting to there ajustments. They are also offering people with a disability the same opportunities as an abled body would have and run a competion from 500 schools over 9 regions. This will look good for the younger generation for people who are going to be going to a new school when they have all thses competions at there schools and more and more people will want to go to a good school that they think there children are gonna exceed in.

They see where there is some ground to and they will go to the peroson who owns the ground to see if they can build a sporting ground there.

• To make sure people want to suse the grounds and the sport s centres they will have many different ereas there for people to go in and enjoy and in the sporting industry today more and more people are playing sports and taking part in sportin activities such as football, rugby and cricket.
• They will have certain ereas of the sports centre that you have to be a little bit older to join like Matial arts you have tobe a certain age to get some of there belts but you can join at any age. This makes sure that they dont get intimidated from people that are alot older than them and get hurt by them. They will also have to have the right expirence for them to be able to coach someone and if they get hurt they may have to deal with the injury.
• If the coach can see that there is tallent inone of there puplies then they will either stick them in a higher level than they are in or they will enter them into a compotition depending on there skill level.
• £480 million is invested directly through 46 national governing bodies of sport. And there are five open funding streams other organisations can apply to. (from the website) this means that they will pay the £480 million pound through 46 national governing sporting bodies this means they will be able to build and run sport and lessure centres and build YMCA's to try and get people to go to there and take part in there to get money coming through.

They will also work with some of the people from there local erea to make sure that they keep in touch with some of the people and that they come again and put more money in to there sport and lesure shop.

Olympic Torch Carrier.

I dont really want to carry the torch but i think someone whos undergone a life threataning cancer at the age of 13-14 and she was told she wouldnt last long after the operation. But the high hopes of her friends family and loved ones where around her and she had the operation and shes is now cured of cancer comepletly. She is the biggest insperation to me she never gave up and made a full recorvery and is being bossie like always. So i vote for Meg Newman

Oylimpic Value Festival, Evaluation

Couldnt make the first session of the olyimpic festival,
but for thrusdays lesson i will ensure that they; make sure i start by telling them what they are going to be doing and what the moral of the lesson is and also introduce myself, all have the right kit, have the lesson planed out and that i set up according to the lesson plan. i will make sure i have a form of time keeping so i can make sure i dont run over the time limit. have a set time rotation so they know when to move onto the next task.

With the group that i was supposed to be with they had a task of doing kick ups and to see how many they had to do and then after set there selves a target and trying to beat there score they got before the task.

Alcohol and entertianment.

This is to target people that are sporty and for them to take part in something that they are good at and spending money on them to ensure they go to the olympics or in the nationals.

prtecting certain playing fields so that you can take a group down and paly some sports such ass rose worn has a grassy football court in the field and everytime the grass gets cut they have to re'outline the pitch to ensure that everyone knows where the lines are and someone has the nets to make sure that they dont get taken by someone. but the holes idea for having someone looking after the grounds is where someone pays some money to have to court and then they have to find some more money to actually by the court and rent it out if they do this they will have to go to the councle and get them to see what they ask for them to own the court and then they have to have the money for it and then some more to have anything else they want done to it like make it bigger or have netting or sort the grounds out.

Disability legacy

This is funded by the national lottery and they will put 8 million pound into making sure atheletes that are disabled have the correct equipment and training areas to make sure they are strogn enough to compete, this will open so much for people with a disability.

This says that no matter if you have a disability or are an abled athelet then this will make sure you build on you're mental and physical skill to make you get stronger.

Iconic Facilities

The national lottery have funded £30 million in 3 big sums of money and this goes into all the sporting facilities around the world and the money is spent on training the people that knows how to use the gym. People from the Olympics will want more people to carry on being sporty after the games to ensure that they come back again and again this encludes people that have a disability. They will also have out side of the people who funds the olympic they will have to find people to will sponcor them so that they can match the asking price.

Protecting Sporting Playing Fields.

To protect certain playing fieds they have to have someone there who is a grounds keeping this person will ensure the ground is good for playing on and someone who manages the grounds to make sure if any nessasery actions that he wants to put in go through him. But if you have a local field and you want to build a football ground then you will have to appeal it to the councle and get them to build one for you if you have the money for it. They will aslo expect money each year to ensure that the grounds will keep working in perfect condisions and when the grass needs to be cut they will send people out to do the lines and to make sure every hole that needs to be filled they will fill them so people dont get hurt on the pitch.
